Facilitoo was founded by David Martorana and Arsenio Gómez Perelló, whose partnership began during certified gas-technician training. Their shared technical background continues to shape how the company works: practical decisions, clear responsibility and high standards in the field.
How we run it
An operation built around traceability.
We don't run a portfolio by being everywhere at once — we run it on a real system. Operations (tickets, scheduling, dispatch, reporting, invoicing) run on Odoo; on top of it, our own software tracks every piece of equipment — QR-tagged, full service history, compliance per machine — and the two are integrated. So you get one accountable partner backed by a proper operating system.
Our two technical founders lead the operation, supported by a dedicated back-office manager and organised multidisciplinary field teams. Clear responsibilities and integrated systems allow us to remain responsive while coordinating work across multiple sites.
